Looking for Gears players who want to win, but aren't going to bite someone's head off for losing or dying.

I used to play a lot and have played all Gears games and was a top tier indie player. Then the server hit issues started along with the game crashing on Windows and I lost interest.

Now I play on the Xbox and am looking to get back into the game.

I haven't played with a team since Gears 1, and I miss the laughs and the much higher chance of winning :)
